The Iranian Football Team in Nairobi Wins the Final of Milad un Nabi Cup
A football tournament dedicated to the 1500th anniversary of the birth of Nabi Akram (peace be upon him) was held with the presence of 12 teams from Nairobi
The Cultural Council of the Embassy of Iran Nairobi in conjunction with the Jaffery Islamic Centre Nairobi organized a Football Tournament (7 Aside) to mark the 1500th Birth Anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The Football Tournament was held on Sunday 14th September 2025 at the Jaffery Islamic Centre Sports Ground Lavington Nairobi from 9.00 am
The football tournament dedicated to celebrate the 1500th anniversary of the birth Anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) with the active participation of 12 teams from Nairobi and its surroundings sstarting from Knock outs, to Semi Finals and then Finals where the Iranian team residing in Nairobi won the first place.
On this blessed occasion of Milad un Nabi, we honour the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad, celebrating the values of peace, compassion, and unity through sports.
